I am currently living in a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and looking for a housemate. A 1 bedroom or living area is available (you may choose either one and I will take another). Alternatively, we can share the room together.
This apartment is only available from now till mid of Sept. 2009. Shorterm lease (minimum 1 month) is welcomed.
Rental: 550 if you decided to share room with me 350~450 for living area, depends on whether you want an enclosed space.
Location: It is located at Keystone and Venice, about 7 miles away from UCLA. There is bus service, which takes about 45 mins from here to UCLA. Driving may take 20 ~ 30 depends on the traffic.
Ultilities: Fully furnished, 1 parking lot available, on site laundry, full kitchen & carpeted.
