Rose Ave. and Sepulveda Blvd.). The monthly rent is $601.50. You have your own room and bathroom and we share the kitchen and living room. Own parking space and on-site laundry room. Cable and Internet are included, and we split the electrical and gas bills. Bus stops to UCLA are right at the street corner (Big blue bus #12 and Culver city bus #6).
