The rent is $623.50USD per month and includes cable and internet. Gas and electic are not included (share with one female roommate)          You would have your own clean bedroom, bathroom and parking space. Share kitchen with one female roommate.

I'm looking for someone between 06/20 through 09/26. I would want a $350 refundable deposit for any damages. The dates are negotiable.   Female preferred.
