Our apartment is located around the intersection of Santa Monica Blvd and Westwood Blvd.  It might take you 20-25 minutes walking to UCLA.  However, you also have mutiple choices of Big Blue Bus, like No. 8, 12, 1.  By bus, it takes you less than 10 minutes to UCLA. 

You will have your own bedroom, closet, and share the bathroom with another male roommate, who lives in the living.  Although we remodeld the livingroom as a bedroom, we decorate our dining room as the living room with TV and nice sofa.

Who we are looking for??
NEAT..NEAT...NEAT.... Easygoing, and Studious guy
(Because you'll share the bathroom with a male roommate, therefore, MALE preferred.)

Rent: 550USD/month+Utility(DSL, TV, Gas, Power)
Deposite: 550USD

New lease will start from 8/1.
