We are looking to sublet a place. with Private bath. We are nice, peaceful, clean, and responsible. have good credit,I don't smokend nor drink . I am a mother from Taiwan visiting my 21 years old son who goes to UCLA (a Grad student).  I was hoping we can sublet from 8/15 to 9/15. Thank you for your interest. I will be the best tenant.....
