I will arrive LA at the end of Jaunary and want to rent a room for 7 month.
The accepted rent is lower than $700. I want to live with female roommates only, have a private room. A shared bathroom is accepted. I also wish that the house/department is located at Beverly Hill, Santa Monica, or West of 405, and near bus stop and groceries.
